This is our final anchor in this series, at least for now. And I want to be really intentional about how we close this chapter together. Moving on from here, we will return to our regular bi-weekly episodes. And who knows, if there is a need and if it feels aligned, I may gather these anchors into their own dedicated resource so that you can revisit them whenever you want.

On a recent call I had with my personal development coach, she said to me, you know, you haven't built a business. Your business has built you. And I immediately knew exactly what she meant by this because I've always from the very beginning from that very first vivid vivid dream I had of ōNLē and the products I've known that ōNLē is much bigger than me. She went on to explain that ōNLē is its own consciousness and that I was given a really hard experience so that this consciousness ōNLē could flow through me and I could live out my life purpose of sharing this profound healing.

And I know this is true for you too. Whatever you are experiencing right now, whether you are healing your child or yourself or you are expanding and stepping into the next version of yourself or building a business or experiencing a hard or very delightful time in your marriage, whatever you are experiencing in life right now, it's bigger than you.

You are so brave, you are so courageous, and I am so proud of you. Now, before you go, let's just take a minute here to gently set our anchors for the day.

Today, I commit to nourishing my body with microbiome-friendly food and abundant water. Today, I choose to support my gut, mind, brain, nervous system, and liver with my rebalancing and maintenance supplements. Today, I trust that I'm safe and that everything is always working for me. And today, I will choose one small action that supports the life I am affirming.

That small action could just be listening to this episode. It could be doing the journaling prompts, even though it's going to feel hard. There's a big part of you that wants to resist because this state that you've been living in for probably most of your life, it's familiar. Your nervous system's job is to keep you safe in that familiar. but it's okay to slowly expand beyond, to move where you wanna go in a way that feels good in your body.

May your heart feel supported, your body feel safe, and your intuition lead your day. Trust your body, follow your gut.

Thanks for listening! I would love to connect with you ♡

Sending love and wellness from my family yours,

Welcome to Follow Your Gut Daily Anchors. I'm Juniper and I'll be guiding you in this daily embodiment practice for grounding, expansion, and self leadership. Go ahead and find a comfortable position wherever you are. You don't need to sit a certain way or do anything special. You can be lying down, sitting, or listening while moving through your day. Just allow your mind and your body to arrive right here.

If it feels good, you can go ahead and gently close your eyes. And if not, soften your gaze.
Take a slow breath in through your nose and a long breath out through your mouth.

Roll your shoulders forward and up toward your ears, and then roll them back and down, opening up your heart space and allowing your shoulders to relax. Now let your jaw unclench. Release any tension in your face. Maybe you're furrowing your brows or your tongue is pushed up really tight to the top of your mouth.

Just allow your body to settle.

I want to start by sharing something personal with you.

And as a culture, we are so obsessed with the end result, with hitting the goal, with the outcome, that we miss the process. This is what this entire anchor is about, is making sure we don't lose ourselves in the process. Because the whole point of everything we go through in life, it's not about the outcome. It's not about clear skin or… a business hitting a certain financial milestone or making it to your 50th wedding anniversary. Whatever the end vision is, what you're going through isn't about getting there. It's about who you become in the process of getting there. You can do all the things. You can follow the rebalancing methodology to a T and heal your child's skin.

But if you are so hyper-focused on getting there, when you do, when you are holding your child that has smooth, healthy, clear skin, and you haven't taken the time to let yourself evolve in the process of getting there, you're gonna be left feeling really empty inside.

So I want you to pause here and I want you to hold whatever you are experiencing right in the forefront of your mind. And I want you to ask yourself, what if what you are experiencing right now, no matter how hard or delightful it might be, what if it's shaping you? What if it's refining you? What if it's preparing you to be the mom that knows how to find joy in life? whether your child's fully healed or not. So that once they are healed, you don't have to relearn how to find joy. You don't have to relearn who you are because you have become in the process.

Maybe you were up all night last night searching for answers for whatever you're going through, right? Those things go hand in hand, our discomfort in our experience and the restlessness. It's not bad to spend time trying to connect our dots and researching.

But something that no one tells you is that you're actually exactly where you're meant to be, right here, right now. And when you loosen your grip on the outcome and you focus on who you want to be today, right now, right here, in the process of healing, in the process of building a business, in the process… of becoming the next version of yourself.

That's how you embody who you are becoming right now.

Because the truly thriving version of you, you're not up all night searching for answers. You're not obsessively scanning your child or your body for symptom flares and trying to create a story around what's happening.

You don't have to wait to be the mom that you want to be once your child is healed. You don't have to wait to be the thriving woman who isn't consumed by symptoms until your body is finally healed.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you show up boldly in your business and let your business's consciousness flow through you. We don't have to wait. We can be that version of ourselves right here, right now, today. And that's the point. That's the bigger picture here. That's what I mean by it's the process. It's not the outcome.

When we rush, we miss the shaping. When we force, we lose the intimacy of the process. We lose the connectedness to our why.

If whatever you are in right now is taking longer than you expected, it's taking longer than the timeline that you are attached to, it's okay. It's meant to be part of your journey. And I want you to really feel into this. When you accept, that you can't rush the timeline because it's not about the end result. It's about who you become in the process of getting to the end. Your entire body softens. You will experience this deep sensation of surrender. And suddenly, that timeline doesn't matter so much because it's bigger than you.

There is more for you to learn in your journey. There's more to evolve and come from you in your journey.

And it's not about prolonging your child's suffering or prolonging a relationship that might not be in alignment for you anymore. It's not about prolonging the development of letting a consciousness of its own flow through you to become a business. It's not about prolonging anything. It's about accepting. that we need to zoom out and we need to see the whole picture. And it's not about just clearing the skin. It's about so much more.

So no matter where you are in whatever you are experiencing, maybe you are deep into rebalancing. Maybe you're brand new here. Maybe you are a new mom or preparing to be a mom. Maybe you have six children and you're trying to heal all of them at once. Maybe you have experienced autoimmune or histamine issues your entire life.

You have found this healing right now because it's meant to be part of your journey right now. I invite you to be patient with your process. Let yourself evolve, let yourself heal, let yourself transform on the timeline that's so much bigger than you.

If your child's healing is slower than you would like, try to surrender to that timeline. The stronger we grip, the more we resist the process.

The more we loosen our grip on the timeline and the outcome, the more we invite transformation to unfold exactly how it's meant to. This is applicable to every part of your life. The process is not in your way. The process is your path. Don't abandon yourself in getting to the outcome.

As we close this anchoring series, I want to leave you with a few journaling prompts. I'm going to read these to you and please feel free to pause between each one and let your unfiltered answers flow onto your paper. I encourage you to use a pen instead of a pencil because there's no need to erase. Let what needs to come out flow. unfiltered. This isn't for anyone else to see other than yourself. So let it come out without judgment. Nothing that comes out has to be labeled as good or bad. This is neutral information and the most incredible thing you can do for yourself is simply acknowledge it. That wow okay this is interesting but we don't have to label it as good. or bad. Okay, here are your prompts. Where in my life am I gripping for control instead of allowing the process to shape me? I'm going to read it one more time so you can write it down if that's helpful to you. Where in my life am I gripping for control instead of allowing the process to shape me? and do this your style. You do you. You can write down all of these prompts and journal after the episode. You can pause between each one. However you do it is perfect. The next prompt. Where am I trying to rush an outcome because I'm uncomfortable in the middle?

Where am I trying to rush an outcome because I am uncomfortable in the middle?
The next one, what is this current season building in me that I may not fully see yet? What is this current season building in me that I may not fully see yet?

You might not have all of the perfect exact answers. That's not the point of these prompts. I could have never imagined when I was in the thick of my son's journey that we would someday get here.

The purpose of these prompts is to simply invite reflection and open possibility to help you see the bigger picture and not be so stuck in where you are right now. Okay, we have three more. If I trusted that this was unfolding exactly as it's meant to, how would I move differently? If I trusted... that this was unfolding exactly as it's meant to. How would I move differently?

Where can I soften even just a little and still feel okay and safe in my body? Where can I soften and still feel okay and safe in my body? And lastly, who am I becoming through this process? Who am I becoming through? this process.

Okay, my love, give yourself a hug.
You are so brave, you are so courageous, and I am so proud of you. Now, before you go, let's just take a minute here to gently set our anchors for the day.

May your heart feel supported, your body feel safe, and your intuition lead your day. Trust your body, follow your gut.
